At Apeksha Consultancy Service, we are committed to providing high-quality training and certification programs in the fields of 5G, 6G, and telecom innovation. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our training services.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A participant may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• The training program was canceled by Apeksha Consultancy Service.

• The participant has formally requested cancellation at least 7 calendar days prior to the course start date.

• The participant is not able to attend due to unavoidable and documented reasons (medical emergency, etc.), subject to management approval.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• If the cancellation request is received within 7 days of the course start date.

• If the participant fails to attend the training without prior notice ("no-show").

• If the participant is removed from the course due to misconduct or violation of our Terms & Conditions.

• If the course has already commenced or been completed.

3. Partial Refunds

In approved cases where a refund is applicable:

• A processing fee and administrative charges (up to 25% of the course fee) will be deducted.

• Remaining balance will be refunded through the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

4. Course Rescheduling Option

Instead of a refund, participants may request to:

• Transfer enrolment to another upcoming batch of the same course (subject to availability).

• Nominate another candidate to attend in their place (with prior approval).

• Registered Email

• Course Name and Start Date

• Reason for Refund Request

• Proof of Payment
