1. General

By enrolling in any training program conducted by Apeksha Consultancy Service (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“participant”, “you”) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all types of training services offered — online, offline, or hybrid.

2. Enrollment and Fees

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon full or partial payment, as specified per course.

• All fees must be paid prior to the start of the training session.

• Once paid, training fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our refund policy.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If Apeksha Consultancy Service cancels a scheduled training, participants will receive a full refund or can choose to reschedule.

• Participants who cancel more than 7 days before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative deductions.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the start date or for failure to attend.

4. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days in advance.

• Approval is subject to availability and management discretion.

5. Attendance and Certification

• A minimum 80% attendance is required to be eligible for a course completion certificate.

• Certifications are awarded only upon successful completion of all training requirements and assessments (if any).

6. Code of Conduct

• Professional behavior is expected at all times.

• Misconduct, harassment, or disruption may result in expulsion without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

• All training content (presentations, videos, assessments, materials) remains the intellectual property of Apeksha Consultancy Service.

• Distribution, copying, or reuse without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Apeksha Consultancy Service is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage during or after training.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount of training fees paid.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• All personal data collected during registration is kept confidential and used solely for communication, certification, and internal records.

• We will never sell or distribute your data without prior consent.

10. Modifications

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.

• Changes will be published on www.telecomgurukul.com and are effective immediately upon posting.
